Make sure you know it's hours. My mom and I thought it opened at 10:00 a.m It didn't open until 11:00 a.m. We walked around for 15 minutes. The wishing well fountain is beautiful. We also decided to sit and get massages from the massage chairs by JCPENNEY. We stopped at the food court for Chinese food. Very tasty. There were a few elders getting their exercise in walking around the mall where it's a bit safe. Great parking.

Renovated mall, still working on some details, but it feels different, more renowned stores and still a lot of empties, the transition feels strong! It was an outdated mall with empty locals and no known brands, now it's renovated with more stores, it's getting better!

It has a lot of sales . It's a quiet mall with many comfortable seats to sit on in the hallways of the mall. I went today to fix my cracked Motorola 2025 screen and bought a beautiful sparkly purple case .

So sad to what’s happening to Ford City, I have so many memories in this mall and to see what is happening and the demolition that’s planned for fall of 2026 really makes me want to cry. When I walk through I cannot help but to feel a overwhelming amount of sadness.

(04/03/18)This is an excellent amazing mall. You all need to understand we are in the new age now where new technology is improving everyday and times are changing. More people are losing interest in malls and want to do other things, only shop and grab something to eat then proceed onto the next mission. Just be glad this mall is still standing and the nostalgia is here because the same people saying it's not like how it used to be will be the very same people that will be crying in real tears when they announce the mall is closing Hopefully it stays for years to come. Thank you Ford city Mall ✅ UPDATE: As of JUNE 22ND 2026 it is now permanently closed. Thank you for all the amazing memories throughout the years. I'll never forget you Ford City Mall 🙏🏾

R.I.P Ford City. There are waves of people showing up trying to walk the mall one last time before it closes. Unfortunately the Mall section is all locked up so I guess we all won't get one last stroll. Ironic isn't it

Ford City Mall is a solid neighborhood mall that gets the job done. I like how everything is laid out in a simple way, so it is easy to find specific stores without feeling lost. The atmosphere is relaxed, and it is usually not overly crowded. I have had good experiences with customer service in several of the shops. The mall also hosts events from time to time, which adds to the community feel. Overall, it is a convenient and dependable place for shopping and dining.
